M&GD is a proud team member on the interior design and landscape of New York City’s first market-rate rental designed to Passive House standards, with a focus on low-impact living and community-oriented design. Revolutionizing the way we interact with our space and maintain our daily lives while reducing energy consumption — Perch/Harlem is responsible luxury living. The 7-story residence located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Harlem will consist of a spectacular lobby featuring a virtual doorman, and 1 and 2BR units showcasing reclaimed wood floors and natural material wall, floor coverings and furniture. The building’s hallways are lined with M&GD custom-designed Perch wallpaper, a motif inspired by the building’s exterior window design. The amenity package includes a resident communal room with kitchen, group work tables, seating and flat screen tv; a fitness center; a bike storage facility; and the rooftop Perch lounge, designed for relaxing in style while taking in views of the GW Bridge and Midtown.
