PEDRO BALMACEDA

Pedro Balmaceda

WHAT IS THE GREATEST INVENTION OF YOUR LIFETIME?

Nutella.

WHAT IS YOUR PASSION?

Jogging, or walking around cities, sweat and spicy food!

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE WORLD THAT FELT LIKE PARDISE?

Machu Picchu. I’ll go back as many times as possible.

Pedro has been studying architecture for 3 years in Diego Portales University in Santiago, Chile. During his second year he had the amazing opportunity to go to the Venice Architecture Workshop, which was a total game changer in his words. This opened up the horizon for Pedro to not only study but to travel while doing so. During his third year Pedro began designing independent projects but felt the need to go to NYC to not only improve his English but to seek out an architecture internship. This is where Pedro met Cristina via a Chilean connection and voila landed at Me and General Design. Pedro continues to collaborate with Cristina & General whether here or there.

Pedro is one of 5 brothers and sisters born in the north of Chile in Antofagasta. He now resides within the Capital, Santiago. For Pedro’s future… he’s not quite sure yet, but all he knows is it’s going to be great!
