M+GD created a true Brooklyn collaborative within the heart of downtown Brooklyn. Bringing together local artist, makers the interiors are inspired to embrace the neighborhood of the now sought-out location.
Areas designed: lobby, lounge, co-work room, game room, golf simulator room and multiple landscaped terraces and rooftop with outdoor dinning. Additionally 2 model apartments and the leasing office.
