M+GD created a full amenity package featuring the grand lobby entrance, resident lounge, and indoor and outdoor gaming rooms with an adjacent catering kitchen. There is a multi-sport simulator room, a fitness center with separate yoga space, and a children’s playroom. Lastly, they designed a swanky roof terrace, where residents can enjoy the impressive views from the 21st floor.
